学术简介(限200字)

逆境胁迫是植物生长发育过程中的不利因素。而高、低温胁迫会严重影响作物的产量与品质。气候变暖导致极端天气频发,作物能否适应这类环境将关系到全球的粮食安全问题。

采用生物信息学、分子生物学、生物化学、正反向遗传学等技术手段并结合信号通路分析,来研究植物感知温度胁迫信号后作出相应反应的分子机制。从植物中挖掘对温度胁迫响应或耐受的有价值基因,为培育温度胁迫耐受型的高产、高质品种的作物提供新思路。
