学术简介(限200字)

主要从事于小脑相关疾病的发育和功能障碍的机制研究。综合利用转基因小鼠、人脑类器官培养、分子生化检测、全细胞膜片钳电生理记录、神经环路示踪以及动物行为学等实验技术,探究自闭症谱系障碍、小脑萎缩、运动障碍以及炎性疼痛等神经系统疾病发育和功能障碍的分子机制。以第一/共一/通讯作者的论文发表于ElifeCell ReportsJournal of PhysiologyJournal of NeurosciencePain等期刊,其他合作研究成果发表于Nature Neuroscience等期刊。
