课题组简介:
课题组现有教师8人,教授2人,副教授4人,博士后和硕士各1人。在读博士研究生1人,硕士研究生27人。
本课题组以昆虫资源和微生物等为研究对象或者材料,采用分子生物学、细胞生物学、蛋白组学、RNAi和基因编辑等技术手段,研究昆虫发育、免疫和繁殖的调控分子机制,并对微生物和资源昆虫进行开发应用,挖掘活性物质和功能性蛋白,致力于害虫生物防治和经济昆虫功能性产品的开发。在相关研究领域形成了课题组明显的特色和优势,已取得了一些重要成果,近5年在学科TOP期刊Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Entomologia Generalis、Journal of Pest Science、Pesticide Biochemistry and Physiology、Science of the Total Environment、Environmental pollution、Frontiers in Immunology、Insect Science、Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture和Food Chemistry等国际著名期刊杂志发表科技论文40余篇。
课题组先后承担国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金委青年项目、国家科技支撑计划子课题、浙江省自然科学基金一般项目和青年项目、杭州市农业与社会发展科研重点项目等50余项课题。课题组以科研项目为依托,以培养学生综合素养为导向,共培养浙江省优秀毕业研究生4人,浙江省优秀本科毕业生10余人。指导本科生获得第十五届“挑战杯”中国银行全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛一等奖1项、全国大学生生命科学竞赛国家一等奖5项;累计指导学生获各类学科竞赛省一等及以上奖项20余项。
