Ye Guoyou 简介

长期从事植物遗传育种相关研究,在生物统计、数量遗传分析、群体改良和分子标记辅助育种方面有所建树。除了在小麦、水稻、油菜、小扁豆等作物做了大量遗传分析(包括分离和连锁分析、QTL定位、基因型-环境互作)外,主要成就有:a) 开发了CrossPredictor软件。CrossPredictor利用已知基因信息预测纯系间单交、双交和三交产生目标基因型的概率,获澳大利亚合作研究中心联盟杰出科技创新奖。做为主要完成人之一,开发了QuLine 模拟软件。这是目前唯一可以系统地模拟自花授粉作物育种不同育种方法包括分子标记辅助育种方法的软件。开发了基于R环境的实业作物统计分析软件 (R/CropStat)及利用掌上电脑(HANDHOLD)/平板(TABLET)电脑和条型码采集性状信息的应用程序。b) 利用计算机模拟技术,为澳大利亚的Grain Technology Ltd 和维多利亚州初级产业部以及IRRI建立了有效的分子标记辅助育种策略。
